Hettie Saaiman

I am looking at Hettie Saaiman as research for my Art and Society project. Born in South Africa Hettie has always been interested in art, and what intrigues me most about her, is her versatility in methods, she has gone from using acrylic ink on watercolour paper to going acrylic paint on big canvases, sometimes painted with a palette knife. In my Art and Society project I hope to be versatile with my methods and change it up a bit instead of being neat with a paint brush.
