Dale Atkinson

Dale Atkinson is an artist from the North East of England. His work focuses around the human figure however in a somewhat unfinished and surrealistic style. The colour theory he uses within his work is very much complimentary, what I mean by this is that in each of his pieces the colour palette doesn't create a muddy mess instead each colour has a chance to stand out and highlight different aspects of the artwork. Dale has been a wonderful artist to look at as artist research during my project, however I don't think I will be adapting his style into my work.
