Brian Kokoska

Writer's picture: Chloe HamiltonChloe Hamilton

Brian Kokoska is a 29 year old New York-based artist he is known for his oil on canvas paintings, clay and mixed media sculptures, and installations. He is interested in the expression of human identity, he particularly concentrates on the human face. I'd say the style he portrays his work through is abstract while at the same time still looking rather creepy. However, again I don't believe that I will be taking on his style of work within my project, maybe perhaps for some sketches but not in any of my main pieces.
